The Northwestern JD-MBA Program's Integrated Application

Applicants are required to submit only one application and should follow the instructions for applying to the JD-MBA program as outlined in the Kellogg School’s application materials. Separate applications to the School of Law and Kellogg are not required. The application is reviewed by both the admissions offices at both schools.

  • GMAT and LSAT
    The GMAT is required. The LSAT is not required for admission to the JD-MBA program; however, candidates may choose to report their LSAT score in the Additional Information section of the essays.

Northwestern University operates a free shuttle between the Chicago and Evanston campuses. JD-MBA candidates may see the admissions office at either school for information about how to take the shuttle.


Tuition

The estimated total costs for the 2008-2009 academic year (12 months), including tuition, books and materials, and computer equipment is $95,000; tuition alone is $63,000. For the second and third year, costs are estimated to increase approximately 5 to 7 percent per year.
